Group Managing Director and Founder
Richard is the Group Managing Director and founder of RILOW Property Group. He commenced his career in the building industry predominately in the Sales & Marketing fields. Through his determination to succeed, by the age of 25, he had progressed to the role of Sales Manager.
In 2009, at the age of 28, Richard established Elderton Homes with a strategy to deliver on a commitment to customer-centric service and build quality with an emphasis also on original home designs and affordable inclusions for both young families and first home buyers.
Based on Richard’s own high standards, work ethic, and values, Elderton Homes has grown to become an impressive player in the residential home building industry.
RILOW Property Group now comprises a further three companies: White Square Properties is the Group’s land and house & land sales division with a focus on the new home market. Millbrook Homes, established together with Richard’s brother Daniel in 2013, is RILOW Property Group’s premium home provider, building customised luxury homes for the discerning market. The latest business to join the RILOW Property Group family is Bluestone Developments (NSW) which focuses on land acquisitions and residential development.
As the Group Managing Director, Richard is the driving force behind the company and has been highly effective and influential in guiding the Group to one of the most respected top 20 home builders in NSW.
Director Millbrook Homes
Daniel Whitehead commenced his career in the building industry as an apprentice carpenter. A licenced builder Daniel spent several years as a building supervisor prior to starting up his own building company, focusing on high-end renovations and additions to one-off architecturally designed homes.
Daniel’s passion and instinct for quality construction lead him to join forces with his brother in 2012 to start Millbrook Homes, a Luxury Home building company focusing on individualised handcrafted homes combined with years of building experience.
Daniel’s vision for the business is delivering the best quality luxury homes within an achievable budget, whilst providing a personalised yet fit for purpose service.
Group Human Resources Manager
Ekaterina began her HR career in the non-for-profit sector as a HR Assistant and was quickly recognised for her people centric approach and professional integrity propelling her to Executive HR Manager. She held this position for seven years before crossing over in to the private sector to join the RILOW Property Group in 2019.
Among Ekaterina’s management qualities is her deep commitment to working in a collaborative, transparent and inclusive manner, which allows her to build strong relationships with people being the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally.
As the Group Human Resources Manager she is responsible for leading the human resources department, with a focus on developing and executing recruiting, talent acquisition and employee relations strategies that represent the company’s culture and values, in achieving workforce excellence.
She holds an Advanced Diploma of Management in Human Resources and is a member of the Australian Human Resources institute (AHRI), where she is studying to become a Certified HR Practitioner.
